Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

These Terms and Conditions define the rules applicable to chauffeur-driven transport service bookings made on www.zont.cab.

2. Purpose of the Service

Zont.cab offers a chauffeur-driven vehicle booking service, including: - Airport transfers - Train station transfers - Private or business trips - Chauffeur at disposal - Tourist or event transfers Zont.cab may deliver the service using its own drivers or selected partner drivers/subcontractors.

3. Booking

Customers may book a trip directly on the website, by phone, email or through a partner. During booking, the customer must provide accurate information: - Full name - Phone number - Email - Pick-up address - Drop-off address - Pick-up date and time - Flight or train number if applicable - Number of passengers - Number of luggage items - Desired vehicle category A booking is considered confirmed only after validation by Zont.cab and/or payment.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website are in euros, all taxes included, unless stated otherwise. Pricing may depend on: - Distance - Estimated duration - Vehicle category - Time of day - Pick-up location - Parking, tolls or additional fees - Number of passengers and luggage The price confirmed at booking time is valid for the information provided. Changes to the route, additional stops, significant waiting time or incorrect information may result in additional charges.

5. Payment

Payment may be made: - Online by credit card - Via secure payment link - By payment terminal - In cash if accepted by Zont.cab - By invoice for professional clients or approved partners Zont.cab reserves the right to request full or partial payment before the trip. If payment is declined or not received, Zont.cab may cancel the booking.

6. Booking Modification

Any modification request must be sent to Zont.cab as early as possible. Modifications are accepted only after confirmation by Zont.cab and may result in a price change.

7. Cancellation by Customer

Unless special conditions are indicated at booking, cancellation fees are: - More than 24 hours before departure: full refund or credit - Between 24 and 6 hours before departure: 50% of the price - Less than 6 hours before departure: 100% of the price - No-show at the meeting point: 100% of the price Special conditions may apply for group bookings, events, disposals or long-distance transfers.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Under distance selling regulations, consumers may benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period for certain service contracts. However, when the customer expressly requests service execution at a specific date or time, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded.

9. Customer Delay

The customer must be present at the meeting point at the scheduled time. Included waiting time: - City pick-up: 15 minutes - Train station: 30 minutes - Airport: 60 minutes after actual flight landing Beyond the included waiting time, additional charges may apply. If the customer does not show up and does not respond to calls or messages, the service may be considered cancelled without refund.

10. Flight or Train Delay

When the customer provides a valid flight or train number, Zont.cab may track arrival status. In case of significant delay, Zont.cab will do its best to adjust the pick-up time. However, driver or vehicle availability cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

11. Meeting Point

For airports, train stations or public locations, the meeting point is communicated to the customer by email, SMS, WhatsApp or on the booking page. The customer must verify instructions sent by Zont.cab and contact the driver or customer service promptly if needed.

12. Luggage

The customer must declare luggage at the time of booking. Zont.cab may refuse the service if luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity. Luggage remains the customer's responsibility. Zont.cab cannot be held responsible for forgotten, lost or damaged items, unless driver fault is proven.

13. Children and Child Seats

The customer must indicate in advance if traveling with a child and if a child seat or booster is needed. Availability must be confirmed by Zont.cab. An additional charge may apply.

14. On-Board Conduct

Customers and passengers must respect the driver, the vehicle and safety rules. The following are prohibited: - Smoking or vaping - Consuming alcohol or prohibited substances - Damaging the vehicle - Carrying dangerous or illegal items - Aggressive or dangerous behavior The driver may refuse or interrupt the service without refund in case of inappropriate behavior. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or passengers may be charged.

15. Zont.cab Liability

Zont.cab commits to providing reliable, punctual and professional service. However, Zont.cab cannot be held liable for delays or inability to perform caused by: - Heavy traffic - Accidents - Strikes - Weather conditions - Administrative decisions - Road closures - Force majeure - Customer error or incomplete information

16. Subcontracting and Partners

Zont.cab may entrust certain services to partner drivers or companies. Zont.cab ensures professional partner selection, but each partner remains responsible for their own legal and professional obligations.

17. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to: contact@zont.cab The customer must specify: name, trip date, booking number, reason for complaint, and any supporting documents. Zont.cab commits to reviewing the request and responding within a reasonable timeframe.

18. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with consumer law, customers have access to consumer mediation in case of unresolved disputes with the professional. Before contacting the mediator, the customer must first submit a written complaint to Zont.cab.

19. Personal Data

Zont.cab collects personal data necessary for booking and service execution: identity, contact details, trip information, payment information, customer service exchanges. This data is used to: manage bookings, contact the customer, organize transport, process payment, manage invoicing, improve service, and comply with legal obligations. 20. Cookies

The website may use cookies for: technical operation, statistics, advertising, user experience improvement, and conversion tracking. When required by law, user consent is requested before placing certain cookies.
